Registration, No Show, Transfer & Refund Policies
CITC will be strictly enforcing the Registration, No Show, Transfer and Refund Policies as stated below. Please read through this information thoroughly. We strongly encourage any student who will not be able to attend a scheduled class to contact CITC via email at ceu@citcwa.com or call 877-238-8646 as soon as possible so that we can help transfer you to another class without penalty, and are able to offer your space to another student in need of in-person classroom hours.
Registration
CITC requires all students register for class prior to the class date – NO EXCEPTIONS. Students who attend class without prior registration will not receive continuing education credit for class. Please email ceu@citcwa.com or call 877-238-8646 with any questions or concerns regarding this policy.
No Shows
No refunds or transfers will be issued to students who do not show to scheduled classroom courses. Students who do not show to scheduled classes will forfeit enrollment and will be required to pay full price to attend an upcoming class. This policy is strictly enforced. Contact CITC at ceu@citcwa.com or 877-238-8646 if you won’t be able to make it to class.
No Shows to Exam Prep Classes
Students who do not show to scheduled Exam Prep classes will forfeit enrollment, audit eligibility, and/or all fees associated with the class and will be required to pay full price to attend an upcoming class. This policy is strictly enforced. Contact CITC at ceu@citcwa.com or 877-238-8646 if you won’t be able to make it to class.
Transfers
Transfers from scheduled classroom courses are permitted only if request is received no later than 24 hours prior to the start date of class. There are no fees to transfer if request is made within the required timeframe. This policy is strictly enforced. Contact CITC at ceu@citcwa.com or 877-238-8646 to request a transfer.
Refunds
Refunds for scheduled classroom courses (less $25 administrative fee) permitted only if cancellation is made 7 days before the original class date, no refunds permitted after that date. This policy is strictly enforced. Contact CITC at ceu@citcwa.com or 877-238-8646 to request a refund.
Late Policy
Any students who arrive after the class start time will not be admitted into the classroom and will be counted as a No Show. This policy will be strictly enforced. Please plan on arriving early to class to account for traffic or accidents on the roadways.
Cancellations
Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the case of cancellation, students will be notified and given the option to transfer to another class, leave a credit on account for an upcoming class, or receive a refund. There are no penalties/fees for cancelled classes.
