CITC STAFF WORKING REMOTELY
Monday, March 23, 2020. CITC staff will be working remotely in response to the Covid19 Pandemic in order to support efforts of social distancing to stop the spread of infection. Beginning on Monday, March 23, 2020, all of CITC’s facilities will be closed to the public until further notice.
The Continuing Education Department will be staffed remotely with the following hours of operation:
Monday – Thursday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Friday, 9:00AM – 4:00PM
Staff will be checking email and voicemail regularly and responding to inquiries on a daily basis. Please note that in order to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, your email or voicemail may be rerouted to the person best able to answer your request or concern. This could result in a short delay in responses as we work to most expeditiously serve our students remotely.
During this time, access to Online Continuing Education Courses will remain available 24/7, and Online Course Completions will be reported to L&I within 7 days. REMINDER: Online Courses are only applicable to Journey-level Electricians, Plumbers and Plumber Trainees. Electrical Trainees cannot complete Continuing Education through online or correspondence courses.
