“Credits on Account” can only be processed by contacting the CEU staff directly. Credits are not available through online enrollment. If you were enrolled in a class between March 12 and May 4 that was cancelled, or you were unable to attend – DO NOT REGISTER FOR CLASSES THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE. Please contact the CEU Department at email@example.com or 877-238-8646 to reschedule so that you are not charged.
If you have a credit from a cancelled course and still register through the online store, therefore processing an additional payment, your request for a refund will take 30-45 days to process. Please contact CITC directly to utilize your credits from a cancelled class.
